If the culverts are located under the property owner’s driveway, it is the property owner’s responsibility for maintenance. If it is a drainage culvert under a County maintained roadway, it is usually the responsibility of the County. Please call Collier County Road & Bridge Maintenance Department for specific determination on areas at 252-8924.
