What is Cold- applied Liquid Waterproofing?
Historically the most common method for waterproofing a flat roof was “hot-applied” I.e. torched molten bitumen, melted to create a waterproof membrane. However with modern technology and chemical developments “cold-applied” has no direct fire risk as this method involves the use of cold liquid resin seamlessly coat to intertwine the substrate with the rapid curing waterproof membrane.
