What is Cogir USAs return policy?
Cogir USA is committed to your complete satisfaction. For that reason, we have the following return policies for standard and custom designs: Standard designs — Please check with your dealer to determine their return policy. Cogir USA will issue refunds for returned products that have been accepted for return by your glass block dealer. Please contact your dealer for a return authorization. When we receive your glass blocks in good condition at our facility in Lake City, Florida, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your dealer. Custom designs — Since custom designs are specifically approved by you before production and shipping, you may only return that part of a shipment that is unsatisfactory in materials and/or workmanship. Cogir USA will produce a replacement block (or blocks) and ship them to you at no charge so your design is complete. Our glass block products are placed exclusively on Pittsburgh Corning Glass Block®.
