What is CoCo Keys policy during inclement weather?
Your family’s safety is our first priority! As a result we follow specific guidelines with regards to inclement weather. During all severe weather, some or all attractions may cease operation temporarily. During all storms in which lightning is present within a 5 mile radius, ALL bodies of water will be closed. When lightning is present within a 10 mile radius, outdoor attractions will be closed. In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, CoCo Key will make every effort to re-open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather. For additional weather-related policies, please ask to speak with a Water Resort Manager.
