What is Club Fusions policy on parent involvement? Are parents asked to volunteer their time for Club Fusion?
Club Fusion prides itself on our relationship with our parents. Club Fusion has an open door policy with our parents and encourages our parents to communicate with our staff. The open door policy does not exist during tournaments and practices, we feel a neutral time is the best for staff/parent discussions. We encourage parents to support their daughter and the athletes on her team. The only time Club Fusion asks for parents to volunteer their time is as a concession helper, team chaperones on overnight trips and as the team mom (Team moms will be responsible for team communication and concession duties).
