It is pretty much the same as Custom ID in eBay Partner Network. The Click Bank Tracking ID allows you to track which affiliate campaigns are working and which ones are not. For example you use the same Click Bank link on two different websites and want to know which one brings more conversions. So you use ‘website1’ and ‘website2’ as tracking IDs for your affiliate link. You will be able to see which link with which Tracking ID performs better from the statistics in your Click Bank account.
