Description: The Palmetto State Integrated Fiber Infrastructure (PSIFI) project provisions fiber based broadband network access to all two and four year higher education anchor sites, plus over 40 medical, public safety plus other public service sites in South Carolina for a total of over 100 locations. It is a partnership with private facilities and telecommunications providers and the public anchor sites.
