What is Clear Voice Service cancellation policy?
The Clear Voice Service Cancellation and Return Policy follow the same policy as Clear Home or Business Internet Service: • 1. Customer may only cancel the Clear Voice Service in the first seven (7) days, and all charges will be credited in full • 2. In the event the customer does not terminate the Clear Internet Service within seven (7) days, the Early Termination Fee will apply Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Clear cannot confirm a customer’s 911/E911 address upon initial service activation, they will be credited any charges in full for Clear Voice Service and the Clear Voice Service contract will be terminated.
