You can have your photograph and signature permanently placed on the front of your Citi Card. This will provide you with added security by helping prevent fraudulent use of your card. With your photo on the card, you’ve got an additional picture ID and there will never be any doubt that the card is yours. Once you receive your card, call us at 1-800-950-5114 and a form will be mailed to you so that you can send in your photo and have a Photocard issued.
