What is CineForm’s update and upgrade policy?
Updates are incremental releases that add features or fix bugs (yeah, we occassionaly have them). Update releases are always free for existing customers with a valid license. The interval for updates varies, but they are often available every few weeks. Upgrades are major product upgrades released on a varying schedule, but generally at intervals of between 12 months and 18 months. Special pricing on upgrade versions is always offered to existing customers.
