Flower Power is one element of a larger project, Cincinnati Blooms. Cincinnati Blooms includes 3 additional activities: Miracle Mile (window boxes in Over-the-Rhine), Beauty Marks (container gardens in pocket lots in OTR), and Colors of the Earth (area third graders growing plants for Washington Park and other public installations).
