Choice-based Lettings is a different way of offering Housing Association homes that become empty that Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has nomination rights to allocate. The Council introduced this through a Kent-wide Choice-based Lettings scheme called ‘Kent Homechoice’ in February 2009.
