What is check in / boarding process?
Currently office receives lot of complaints that when passenger starts for trip, passenger claims that he was there but he was not called. To avoid such omission, System provides checkin process as like that of flight when users need to check in with counter during departure. Counter will issue boarding pass which will be collected during boarding. This could be checked with chart if anyone missed and same would be announced over public addressing system. It will also provide information to next office to plan for replacement.
