Chartwell REIT will grow its business: • Internally by enhancing occupancies and capturing economies of scale and operating efficiencies created by its significant increase in critical mass, introducing new services to its residents, and expanding and updating owned facilities. • Externally by acquiring properties in what is a highly fragmented industry in North America. The relationship with Spectrum, an independent development company, will also provide fully-operational facilities at or below appraised value.
