Upon review and acceptance of the organizations information, the organization will be enrolled and will receive their special code. This code should be distributed to all organization, community members, and any possible contributing subscribers who may be interested in signing up as new or upgrading subscriber with Charter Communications. Your organization will earn Referral Payments based on the subscriber’s number of qualifying Charter Communications services ordered. Q: What are Referral Payments? A: Referral Payments are paid out to participating organizations based upon the number of customers who have activated a Charter Communications commitment using a designated organizations code.
