What is Charms?
Charms is an online subscription that the choir is trying out this year to help us manage our student info, music library, uniforms, trip payments, etc. It is a secure site, and only Ms. Cardiff and Mr. DeCou can see "all" the information. Parents may log in to check on trip payments, schedules, etc., for their kid ONLY. Parent volunteers who would like to help the directors keep up with all the flow of STUFF (library assignments, uniform assignments, etc.) may be issued a log-in with slightly more, yet still limited access to the online database (thus, they could work from home if they wanted to!). We are hoping that this service will save us a lot of time and energy and that we’ll want to renew it for the next several years. Charms music is a secure web-based program that will assist the band directors and booster club in communicating, financing, and organization of the Aledo Band program. Please try to keep student and parent/guardian information up-to-date on this program, so you will not miss important emails and announcements. The official band calendar will also be at this site.
