What is CHANELs position in terms of environmental protection?
We were shareholders from the beginning in the eco-friendly Société Eco-Emballages packaging company, which has initiated networks to recuperate and improve household packaging. Today, we participate in packaging waste recuperation programs in all European countries in which this is possible. Moreover, we have developed our own worksites to limit the environmental impact of our packaging. This allows us to work in a systematic way in terms of standardized packaging. Finally, we respect all environmental regulations, particularly in terms of our industrial sites.
