What is chamber music? Can you think of any examples from the classical period?
Chamber music is music of the classical genre that is played by a small group of musicians, i.e., a group that would fit in a room , rather than a concert hall. One of my favourites in this style is The Brandenburg Concertos by J.S. Bach. Chamber music was very popular in the Baroque era, but pieces are still being written today.
