What is cell reproduction?
Cell reproduction is the process of division. There are two kinds of division of cells: mitosis and meiosis. Mitosis is duplication (the exact replication of a cell from one cell to two exact cells). Meiosis is the generation of daughter cells with distinct properties from each other and from the parent cell. Many cells are capable of mitosis. Few have the ability of meiosis.
