What is CElixir-SDS ?
[top] CElixir-SDS is a kit of pre-made buffers that are used to separate non charged and charged molecules using CZE. The kit uses the CElixir dynamic coating technology in order to stabilize the EOF and minimize wall adsorption of analytes. SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) is pre-mixed to create micelles for hydrophobic separation of neutral molecules using MEKC. Each kit is supplied with 3ml of Initiator Solution, 90ml of Accelerator Solution and 90ml of Diluent Solution, these kits are ready to be used or modified for your specific needs.
