Cedar Mountain Commons is a senior living community that is owned and operated by Hartford Hospital/Jefferson House. It is comprised of 44 independent living apartments and 34 assisted living apartments and provides housekeeping, maintenance, scheduled transportation, dining and social/recreational activities for its residents.
