What is Cecchetti and when can my child begin examinations?
The Cecchetti Council of America uses Cav. Enrico Cecchettis teaching and writings in a sequence of grades, carefully measured as to degree of difficulty and physical development, and provides a system of accredited examinations to test the student’s proficiency within those grades. A student must be at least eight years of age and have physical as well as mental maturity in order to begin examinations.
