What is CDMs privacy policy?
Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose (CDM) has developed Web site policies and practices which are intended to respect and protect the privacy and safety of its visitors. These policies and practices have been designed to comply with the 1998 Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Except in the case of e-commerce transactions, the Web site will not collect Personally Identifiable Information on its users. Personally Identifiable Information includes, but may not be limited to, first and last name, street address, telephone number.
