What is causing vertigo attacks?

I have had bouts of vertigo to go in 10 years. Occur sporadically, usually once every 3-4 months. The attacks last anywhere from 12-24 hours. When I have a seizure, I’m so dizzy I can not stand or walk. I totally indisposed. All I can do is be on one side and wait until the vertigo stops. I have made many tests including a CT scan, MRI, analysis blood, hearing tests, (though I have perfect pitch), allergy testing. Not one doctor has definitely given me a diagnosis. The attacks are not caused by sudden head movements. The only indication beforehand that I have is I have a feeling of pressure in one ear. Sometimes I can not hear very well out ear. Then one day two later, I have the attack, unless you take a diurectic to relieve water retention and ibuprofen for inflammation. Does anyone else have this problem? I’ve had doctors tell me that was the Meniere’s disease, migraines, allergies or perhaps a neurological disorder. Help! I’m not familiar with Meniere’s disease, but certainly it wo
