What is causing the leaves on my Citrus trees to curl-up?
You have Leaf Miner. Leaf Miners tunnel through the young leaves causing them to curl and look unsightly. They do not cause any harm to the tree, and can be eliminated by spraying the young leaves with a spray containing fish oil, which is available at your local garden center. Spay for Leaf Miner two days before the full moon.
