What is causing my pins and needles?

I have been having pins and needles feeling in my feet which then creeps up my legs for some time now. When I am tired I feel it in the back of my head, and I get tingling in various parts of my body. I have been for loads of blood tests and my doctor has done tests and everything seems fine. He concludes its a ‘virus’. However, I am now having ‘panic’attacks at night thinking it may be MS or similar and have not had a good nights sleep for worrying over it. Any help would be appreciated.
