What is causing my bumpy skin?
I think it’s very unlikely that your skin rash is due to a vitamin deficiency or an imbalance in your diet. Itchy bumps can be due to an allergy or eczema, while bumps that don’t itch can be due to enlarged pores. But it’s impossible for me to give you an idea what these are without seeing them, so make an appointment to see your GP, who will be able to advise you on what they are, and the best treatment.
