What is Cast Aluminum furniture?
Cast Aluminum Furniture is made with furniture molds that are created into the desired shape then, molten aluminum is poured into the mold and allowed to cool. This process is called Casting. After, the liquid has cooled the mold components are then smoothed, polished, and coated with a durable commercial powder coating. Completing the process, they are bolted or welded together to make a furniture piece. Each furniture mold is molded independently.
