The CASS certification process also adds the Zip+4 digits and check digits necessary to generate bar codes. CASS certification helps to ensure accurate delivery of your mail and is required for to take advantage of Automation Rate Standard Mail. Vocational Solutions charges $0.015 per record to CASS certify a list with a minimum charge of $25 and a maximum of $100.
