What is CarpoolTool, Pathway Intelligence, and the Smart Commute Association(SCA)?
CarpoolTool is a product of Pathway Intelligence Inc., which specializes in producing web-based ridesharing platforms. Smart Commute Association’s ridematching web site is built on Pathway Intelligence’s next-generation platform, which currently powers the Jack Bell Foundation’s Web site in British Columbia, numerous private corporate ridesharing sites, and the London Carpool Zone. The Smart Commute Association is a partnership between the cities and regions of the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton, with financial support from Transport Canada. The SCA’s goal is to reduce traffic congestion and to take action on climate change through transportation efficiency.
