What is Carphone Warehouse like for customer service?
I’ve never had any trouble with carphone warehouse and with the amount of competition between mobile phone retailers they will all bend over backwards to keep u as a customer! As ur buying the iphone you still have the option to go to the apple store if anything goes wrong and you will still have the support of o2 if u need help with the contract side of things… But u will also now have the staff in carphone warehouse to help too… Most importantly they have priority lines to all the networks so rather than sitting on hold for ages if u need to ask o2 a question just get them to call on ur behalf and they will have an advisor on the phone quicker than u can say, ‘why the hell don’t they answer that fast when I call!??’ lol Hope this helps!
