CARLI is the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois, a consortium with 152 members. CARLI members include state universities, community colleges, private colleges and universities, professional schools, the Illinois State Library and several research libraries. CARLI membership is voluntary and is open to any Illinois institution of higher education recognized by the Illinois Board of Higher Education and is a member of the ILLINET network, or a research library may join by petition.
