What is Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Parks reservation and cancellation policy?
Individual reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card at the time of booking to be considered confirmed. Reservations must be cancelled before 6:00pm the day before arrival to avoid penalty. Reservations canceled after 6:00 p.m. the day of arrival will be billed 1 night’s room and tax. Checks can also be used to guarantee a reservation. However, checks can not be accepted for those reservations made within 8 days of an arrival date.
