Career coaching is a new service at UT Dallas, starting full-time in Fall 2008. It is a collaborative partnership between the student and the coach to discover and clarify goals, encourage self-discovery, and elicit student-generated solutions and strategies. Coaching provides a means for the student to close the gap between their current situation and their career goals.
