What is Care for Kids program?
Care for Kids informs families of the benefits associated with Medicaid/Title 19 for their children/young adults under age 21. The main focus of the program is to support and assist families in making informed health care choices and assisting in establishing and maintaining a medical home where they can receive preventive health services such as well child check-ups and routine dental cleanings. Team members are available to help answer common questions and give referrals for family needs.
