What is Cape Cod Healthcare?
Cape Cod Healthcare is a comprehensive regional health care system serving residents and visitors of the Cape. It was formed in 1996, when the Boards of Trustees of Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital and the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod merged. Cape Cod Healthcare offers two acute care hospitals, the largest home health services agency on the Cape, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, an assisted living facility, ambulatory care centers, and community health services and programs supported by more than 450 physicians and 4,500 employees.
