What is Candidate Matching Technology (CMT)?
The CMT was built for Zimmermann Staffing by a group of like-minded programmers who all came from construction and engineering backgrounds. They understood the most time-intensive part of construction was locating skilled manpower, then managing that manpower for the duration of a project. To simplify the process and slow down the revolving door effect, the team embarked on constructing a program that would take the headache our of construction staffing. In a nutshell, the CMT allows one person to accomplish what use to take upwards of 10 personnel to do.
