What is CAN-Securs role in a typical recruitment process?
CAN-Secur acts as a “matchmaker”, identifying candidates or companies for requesting organizational partners and agencies. When CAN-Secur receives a request, we search our Security roster for candidates or companies whose skills, knowledge, service or product best meet the posted requirements or needs. CAN-Secur will forward the names and rsums of potential candidates, or company contact information and profile, depending on the request. Requesting agencies decide which candidates or companies are of interest and contact them directly. CAN-Secur respects the privacy concerns of requesting agencies and does not divulge requesting agencies’ contact information to anyone, including roster registrants.
