What is Cambridge University Press’s returns policy?
Full details of the returns policy can be found on the ‘Terms of Trade’ documentation sent to all registered accounts and printed on the back of every Cambridge University Press invoice. All authorised returns must be in mint condition and any plastic wrapping must be intact. Electronic media products (CDs, software and cassettes) are supplied on a FIRM SALE/NO RETURN basis only.
