Caller ID is the phone number of your fixed landline or mobile phones. To provide convenience and easy of use, we recognize yourself with your Caller ID. Meaning that you no longer need to enter 8-digit account number everytime you call. It saves you time and money greatly, also no need to memorize or keep your account number in your wallet. Please note that your phone must be enabled or support Caller ID feature. Otherwise, we can not authenticate you with Caller ID and you are required to enter your account number. You can register up-to five Caller IDs.

First ask “What is ANI” • OK, What is ANI ? ANI or Automatic Number Identification is a method by which the different telephone companies determine what account is to be charged for a call. This information is passed between Telcos systems and was originally for billing purposes and predated both SS7 (Signaling System 7) and (C)LASS (Local Area Signaling Services was the original AT&T designation, the “C” was added by Bellcore after divestiture) services. Caller ID lets you know who’s calling even before you pick up the phone. This service allows you to see the date, time, and phone number (and sometimes name) of direct-dialed local and long-distance calls before you answer the telephone. Caller ID reveals this information in a display window on your phone or on a unit that attaches to your telephone. The memory in the display unit is programmed to store the number, as well as the date and time of the call. This way, if you’re not home or don’t want to answer the phone, the stored numbers will permit you to see who has called. However, if the calling party’s number is blocked, their number will not be displayed or stored by the Caller ID device.
