What is call forwarding and how do I use it on Broadband Talk?
Call forwarding lets you forward on any calls you receive to your BT Broadband Talk number to a number of your choice, including a mobile number. There is no service charge for this feature. However if you are diverting to a number outside of your package you will be charged the standard rate for that call, as if you have made it directly yourself. For example, if you are diverting to a mobile number, the call will be charged as a standard Broadband Talk call to that mobile network. You can manage your Call Forwarding options online via the BT Broadband Talk Self Care pages (you will need your BT Broadband Talk phone number and password to log in). In the Self Care pages you can: • View your current call forwarding options • Set up call forwarding on all incoming calls, unanswered calls or incoming calls when your phone is busy.
