As you seen, it is ILLEGAL for teens to smoke in PUBLIC and purchase tobacco in PUBLIC as stated in the law book. Teens can actually SMOKE in privately such as their home or garage. If teens get caught in public then the parents will go to jail or pay a fine. This is the same thing as alcohol.
