It is a new generation Lead acid battery added the Calcium content to the Lead plate either just one plate (called Calcium hybrid ) or both plate (Calcium -Calcium).: —Low self discharge rate, which extend the shelf life of battery. —Lower internal resistance which provided a small increase in CCA performance. —The ability to withstand higher engine bay temperature. —More reliable than common Lead acid battery.
