Café de Primera Tarrazu (Green or Roasted) refers to a Grade of coffee that has First Quality normal and peaberry gourmet Costa Rica Tarrazu beans in it. Peaberry is a coffee bean shaped like a football. It’s one bean and not a half bean like the majority of the harvest. Peaberry is only 5% of the total harvest. Its flavor is an extra special one.
