What is buying off-plan?
When you purchase “off-plan” you are buying a property before construction has started, at the planning stage. Fixing the price at this early stage ensures the purchaser is maximizing their investment returns. Off-plan purchasers sometimes have the added benefit of being able to have input into the design, layout or finishes of their property, depending on the individual developer or vendor and often offers a 20 to 30% increase in value by the time the construction is build (based on 2 years construction time).
