We guarantee that each lead you receive from us is: • submitted by a business customer (unless the product or service you offer is available to consumers) • not from one of your competitors • submitted for the product or service category that you requested • submitted for the service territory you specified • delivered to you within two business days of the Request for Quotes submission Full program guarantee details are available in the BuyerZone Program Terms & Conditions. If in the rare event a lead you receive does not meet the criteria as outlined in our Lead Credit Policy, you may submit it for review by our Credit Review team within 10 days of receipt.
