What is busy season like?
Each staff level has a chargeable hour goal for the year. During busy season, your chargeable hour goal increases and you will typically work most Saturdays from January 15 – April 15. While it’s a hectic time, we try to make busy season as fun and stress-less as possible – bagels, donuts and coffee on Saturdays, dinner deliveries during the week, and a Spirit Committee dedicated to keeping a smile on everyone’s face.
