What is business proof and how do I provide proof of business?
Business proof is documentation that you are affiliated with a business in the natural products industry and that you are registering under the proper business type. Examples of proper business proof include a business card, tax I.D. number, yellow page ad, business letterhead, etc… To provide business proof, simply include a copy of one of the previous examples along with your registration form.
