What is Business Process Analysis (BPA)?

0

BPA is crucial and provides the Project Team with the necessary information to make appropriate decisions about the future of the CAS. A major goal of the BPA portion of the Project is to identify and document current OSC business processes, while highlighting areas in need of streamlining, improvement or change. Another important part of this activity is assessing the underlying strategies that OSC has for its business. This includes the messages that OSC sends by way of the systems and processes that are or will be put in place as part of regular operations. The outcomes of these BPA activities will be the development of process maps, documentation and business requirements that may support and confirm some current processes, identify improvement opportunities for certain processes and in some cases, redesign processes altogether to align the work we do more efficiently with the strategic goals of OSC.
