Builder’s Hotweb (“BHW”) is an on-line service provided by M.J. Sheridan where Builders & Developers can request/schedule and monitor gas service line installations that have been ordered from CenterPoint Energy. The service is available 24/7/365 and directly interacts with MJ Sheridan’s scheduling department. To use the service, a verified account and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or better is required. BHW is currently limited to gas service line installations in CenterPoint Energy’s Houston market.
